Water injection wellhead and christmas tree
In the process of oilfield development, special water injection Wells are used to inject water into the ground to maintain or restore reservoir pressure, so that the reservoir has a strong driving force to improve the production speed and recovery rate of the reservoir. The well head of the injection well has a set of control equipment, whose function is to hang the wellhead string, seal the annular space, and control the water injection and well washing methods, such as positive injection, negative injection, combined injection, positive washing and back washing.

- According to casing and well condition, Water Injection Wells can be divided into large casing well, normal well and small diameter well.
The water injection wellhead and X-mas tree is another kind of wellhead produced by Sanjack,
and it’s widely used in the Shengli Oilfield, the Changqing Oilfield, etc.
The water injection wellhead and X-mas tree is used to increase the water-absorbing capacity of an oil reservoir and its oil-producing capacity by maintaining the desired pressure in an oil reservoir.
Because the working medium of a water injection wellhead and X-mas tree is often sewage with a high degree of mineralization and at high temperatures, anti-corrosion features are integrated into the Sanjack wellhead and X-mas tree.
This equipment can also be used in flushing wells.
