Offshore thermal recovery wellhead is designed by Sanjack according to CNOOC’s offshore working conditions and thermal production process requirements.
The offshore thermal recovery wellhead is used in the offshore oil production platform, which has more stringent requirements for safety and sealing and higher requirements for wellhead configuration.
thermal recovery wellhead can be used for steam injection, well soaking, oil recovery.
It consists of three main parts including casing head, tubing head, and X-mas tree. The one side of the X-mas tree is connected with steam injection flow.
It is the steam entrance. The other side with an adjustable needle valve is connected with oil recovery flow.
By this side, the crude oil is sent to the oil transportation line.
The side of the tubing head with two valves is used to make nitrogen gas injection to annular space so that can improve efficient of thermal recovery and balance formation pressure.
The pressure parts of the thermal recovery wellhead are forged, and the main bore is equipped with pneumatic safety valve, which improves the safety of wellhead operation.
The PR2 plate valve is provided on the side outlet of tubing head for safety and reliability of nitrogen injection.
This thermal recovery wellhead obtains the national patent.
