During oilfield development and production, the traditional three levels station layout pattern of oil well-OGM-FPF-CPF is the main pattern of the existing surface gathering and transmission
In recent years, oilfield gradually forms oil well–FPF-CPF two levels of station layout pattern through optimizing, replacing and reducing OGM by informatization improvement and dynamometer card oil metering.
Oil well management has also changed from on-site duty to remote control or unattended operation. Important steps have been taken in the innovation and reform of oil production site management.
However, under the two-level station layout pattern, there are still a large number of FPFs, which not only increases the investment and cost expenditure but also increases the safety and environmental protection risk on the site.
Why FPF still exists in large quantity?
Because the existing equipment is hard to adapt to the high oil-gas ratio, especially the unique slug flow condition in the oilfield, the existing equipment is not competent for the demand of oil-gas mixed transportation, so separate storage and separate transportation process can only be adopted to solve the problem of oil-gas transportation, which is the reason why there still exist a large number of FPFs.
Disadvantage of FPF:
1). Large construction investment, 4 million dollar /Station, depreciation 2-3 million/year.
2). Every station needs 8-10 administrative staff.
3). There are oil and gas losses in the open process, such as heating, combustion exhaust, and volatilization.
4). The process flow is complex and there are many pressure vessels, which belong to high-risk flammable and explosive places.
Oil and Gas Multi-phase Flow Mixed Transportation Equipment Introduction
Two chambers are set at the inlet and outlet of the power pump as the external suction chamber and discharge chamber of the power pump. The liquid level detection technology is used to realize the automatic reversing of the control valve group, so that the gas-liquid mixture can be sucked in, separated and discharged in the external suction chamber and discharge chamber of the power pump.
The power pump always works in a stable liquid phase medium environment, adapting to complex multi-phase flow mixed transportation conditions (pure liquid phase, pure gas phase or gas-liquid mixed transportation).

1.Transfer station replacement – transformation
The No. 95 metering station of Bonan Oilfield was put into operation in 2003. It shares the oil gathering branch line with the front-end No. 94 metering station and the new No. 1 metering station to the first station. The new No. 1 station is 11km away from the first station, and the remote wellhead back pressure is as high as 1.8MPa. In order to solve the problems of high wellhead back pressure and frequent pipeline perforation, a new transfer station is planned, with a scale of 800m3/d, a gas volume of 25000Nm3/d, a construction investment of about 20 million yuan, with construction period of 2.5 years.
Adopt multiphase mixed transfer device to replace the scheme of new transfer station.

- 2. Increase Pressure in Branch line
Bo 21 valve group and West 1-1 valve group adopt Guanfu multi-phase flow mixed transmission device for pressurized oil and gas mixed transmission. They were completed and put into production in May and September 2019 respectively. Unattended in the wild, they havebeen running continuously for 27 months so far, and the following results have been achieved:
1). The wellhead back pressure dropped by 0.3～0.5MPa on average, and the daily oil increase was 12.2 tons, equivalent to 8.68 million yuan per year.
- Reduce pipeline network maintenance costs by 200,000 yuan per year; comprehensive benefits of 8.88 million yuan or more per year.
- 3. Drain water and recover gas
The Daqian No.5 Well of CNPC Southwest Branch was an old well that was put into production in 1978. Before using Guanfu equipment, it adopts the intermittent production method of stopping for 23 hours and starting for 1 hour, and the gas output is 1500 m3/day.
Adopt multiphase mixed transfer device to drain water and recover gas.
