The gas recovery wellhead and X-mas tree is used for the production of gas wells and controlling the flow rate and pressure of gas wells.
There are more stringent requirements for a gas recovery wellhead and X-mas tree, which demands excellent sealing performance in comparison to an oil recovery wellhead and X-mas tree.
The valve gate and seat are treated by a proprietary method to make them especially durable and accurate.
The gas recovery wellhead and X-mas tree can also be used in fracturing and acidization.
1).The valve stem sealing filler is made of composite materials with special structure, which reduces the switching torque of the valve under the condition of ensuring the sealing performance.
2).The sealing surfaces of the gate plate and valve seat are treated by spray welding.
After precision machining, the surface has higher hardness and precision, good gas sealing performance, high pressure resistance and corrosion resistance.
3).There is a lock nut between the throttle valve nut box and the valve stem, which can be locked when the valve stem is adjusted to a certain position.
4).Throttle valve stem adopts special corrosion-resistant material, the valve needle material is hard alloy, and the valve seat is embedded with hard alloy, which has good erosion resistance and corrosion resistance.
